The Model 51110P is a particulate removing filter with 10 micron cellulose media to remove particulate from gasoline and diesel fuels when a higher cleanliness level is required. The 51110P utilizes a standard 1.5 inch -16 UNF mounting thread 1 inch flow required for most most spin-on filter adaptors used in aftermarket high flow applications. The 51110P is a particulate removing spin-on filters designed for aftermarket, cost efficient filtration of fuels at high volume fueling locations such as truck stops, cardlock sites, and industrial and commercial applications. It utilizes an epoxy coated interior shell to eliminate oxidation which can cause pin-hole leaks from the inside. PetroClear filters are not to be used with aviation fuels. The 51110P is compatible for use alcohol blended fuels with 15% alcohol. This filter is for particulate removal only and will not react to water. Phase separation will not be detected should it occur.
