Allied Interface Warranty and Registration Form
IMPORTANT: To be covered under the Allied Electronics Manufacturing Warranty
Program you must:
- Install the Interface Box in accordance with the Installation and Startup Guide
- Complete the warranty information requested below, including serial number.
- Return this card within ten (10) days of installation either by submitting online, faxing or phone in the information.
To locate the serial number on the ANDI, open the door on the Blue ANDI box.
Look in the upper left hand portion for a white sticker on the green circuit board. The NeXGen serial number is located on the back of the unit above the on/off switch.
