Tech Support’s Tip of the Day
Tech TipAn easy way to troubleshoot connectivity to the ANDI site controller’s point-of-sale or car wash channels is by using Allied’s diagnostic headshell tool. This is simply a female DB25 connector with loop back jumpers in place. If the connector is plugged into any of the populated POS or car wash channels, that channel should display “CTS/DSR UP” for a few seconds followed by “Link Up.” Anything other than those messages should indicate a problem with the RS232 card in the ANDI and/or the physical port on the ANDI main board.
Fun Fact
Fun FactOnly two people signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4th: John Hancock and Charles Thomson. Most of the rest signed on August 2nd, but the last signature wasn't added until 5 years later.
