| ExxonMobil Distributor Debuts NeXGen |
ExxonMobil’s distributors put a tiger in your tank and a lion in its forecourt. Town Pump, an ExxonMobil distributor, recently decided to beta test Allied’s new NeXGen forecourt controller in a few locations starting this September.
With plans to ultimately engage NeXGen’s Ethernet and remote troubleshooting capabilities, Town Pump is virtually changing the way its sites have traditionally handled technology.

| One Stop Shop - At the Pump! |
 Allied continues to redefine forecourt functionality with the introduction of a new system of “gas island vending.” Allied is working with Island Magic Vending, LLC on an interface to a new merchandising system known as “At the Pump VendingSM” which will allow customers and their vehicles to essentially “re-fuel” at the same time.
This exciting new feature will allow gasoline retailers to place modern vending devices near their pumps and seamlessly integrate them with existing pay-at-the-pump systems. Allied’s NeXGen controllers already support a variety of in-dispenser card readers from the major dispenser manufacturers and will work in concert with the Island Magic system to integrate the pumps and point-of-sale systems to create an exciting vending opportunity.

Halloween is on October 31st, the last day of the Celtic calendar. It was originally a pagan holiday, honoring the dead. Halloween was referred to as All Hallows Eve and dates back to over 2000 years ago.
Halloween was brought to North America by immigrants from Europe who would celebrate the harvest around a bonfire, share ghost stories, sing, dance and tell fortunes.
Jack o’ lanterns originated in Ireland where people placed candles in hollowed-out turnips to keep away spirits and ghosts on the Samhain holiday.
