The experience of the QA team allows for quick resolution to the most complex issues. The team has full access to the hardware and devices installed in today's high tech service stations. Field service technicians and Help Desk personnel have grown to appreciate the hands-on support provided by Allied.
In addition, the QA team is on call to provide repair, replacement, product and network services to ensure locations are operating at peak performance.
Allied's technical service personnel are available for on-site support to assist and consult customers for system installation and integration, and to monitor and diagnose communication issues between the NeXGen or ANDI and associated peripherals.
