| Modular - 8 position enclosure: This RA-Pro low voltage data line protection system provides lightning protection for the dispenser and card reader communication circuits. This hard-wired in-line device handles data rates in excess of 100Mbps and is fully duplexed with insertion losses of less than 0.5dB. It can withstand 10,000 Volt Transient Voltage Surges, at 10,000 Amps per line and still maintain its superior level of protection. This product line features high performance with no degradation to its protection. If a module fails it can quickly be detected via the indicator light and easily replaced without the use of any tools. When a faulty module is removed the communication channel becomes active and although it is not recommended the channel can be used (without protection) until a replacement module is installed. These units are available in a 4, 8, 12 and 16 position configuration. An optional color coded wire harness assembly is also available that can help to reduce the installation time.
